Persigue el fin de legitimar la seguridad y buen comportamiento de transe\u00fantes y conductores. para una mejor convivencia social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se apoya en principios como el de <strong>no conducir de modo negligente o temerario<\/strong>, comportarse de forma correcta para <strong>no entorpecer indebidamente la circulaci\u00f3n<\/strong> o que <strong>proh\u00edben el uso de veh\u00edculos que emitan ruidos<\/strong> superiores a determinados l\u00edmites. Tambi\u00e9n <strong>penaliza a quien arroje, deposite o abandone sobre las v\u00edas objetos o materias<\/strong> que puedan entorpecer la circulaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>reglamento<\/strong> acota adem\u00e1s que se deben se\u00f1alizar y <strong>advertir maniobras<\/strong> con antelaci\u00f3n suficiente, de forma apropiada y con claridad a los dem\u00e1s usuarios de las v\u00edas p\u00fablicas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, como ac\u00e1pite recomienda que se deben <strong>dispensar los posibles errores de los dem\u00e1s<\/strong> y <strong>respetar las v\u00edas<\/strong> de circulaci\u00f3n para <strong>facilitar el tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong> a todos los usuarios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El&nbsp;Reglamento General de Circulaci\u00f3n recoge los derechos y obligaciones de cada uno de los usuarios que transiten por v\u00edas p\u00fablicas.
